Method 1: Please Reset INIU Power Bank by try to connect its USB C input port and the USB A output port using the included USB cable for a while to reset, usually less than 20 seconds
Method 2 for Micro USB : Please Reset INIU Power Bank try to connect its Micro input port and the USB A output port using the included USB cable for a while to reset , usually less than 20 seconds
Method 3: If Not working, for some power bank, Please Try press and hold power bank Power button for about 16 seconds
When the led indicator start blinking or changing, you can unconnect the cable port
When INIU Power Bank Reset complete, the INIU Power Bank will restart
Attention: Please charged the power bank before do this steps, fully charged recommend, if can not be charged, please make sure the INIU power bank has some battery left!
Press the”power button”,then the “wireless charging indicator”and “battery power indicator”is going to turn on,if no Qi-enabled devices get close to the qi wireless charging area within 20S,it will be off.
